Here's an illustration that I submitted to the 2008 San Diego Comic‑Con Souvenir Book to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the original King Kong - page 88.

I'll be working the Society of Illustrators of Los Angeles booth July, 23rd - 27th and participating on a panel discussion Saturday, July 26th.

About the booth - Booth #2616. Located in the main exhibit space across from and next to Dark Horse Comics, Bongo Comics / Simpsons, and the industry machine known as Marvel Entertainment.

Earlier this week (Wednesday and Thursday to be exact) I had the fortunate task of judging and perusing publications from west of the Mississippi for the 2007 Maggie Awards presented by the Western Publications Association (WPA). It was an invaluable experience and one that I was happy to participate in.

"Greetings" to some of my fellow judges, new friends, and (with fingers crossed) future collaborators...in no particular order: Jane, Peter, Diane, Tim, Marc, Stephanie, Barbara, Stewart, Charles, David, Ariel, Gaith, and Mia.
